About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Finance Business Partner to join our Mascot, Sydney team to lead the financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our Australia operations.

You will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making across the region. You will also collaborate closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner and APAC Finance Manager on tax, audit, and statutory activities within specific timeframes.

About You

As our Finance Business Partner, you will have :

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant financial experience within a listed financial company, with demonstrated success in a business partnering role.
  • Completed a bachelor's degree in accounting or business.
  • Either CPA or CA qualification (preferred).
  • SAP, Excel, and financial analytics tools (e.g. Cognos) exposure.
  • Supported internal / external audits and annual budgeting processes.
  • Understand and execute financial reporting, monthly financial reviews, budgets, forecasting, MTP (5-year plans), control activities, P&L management and tax management support (including quarterly group tax reporting).
  • Detail-oriented approach, with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptive and collaborative team approach.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across departments.
  • Willingness to participate in projects and ad hoc financial initiatives.
  • Eagerness to learn new processes and to drive continuous improvement in finance systems.
