All Saints' College Maitland is seeking a Permanent Full-Time Leader of Learning - Mathematics to join the team in 2026.All Saints' College is a coeducational year 7-12 Catholic School which is part of the Maitland Newcastle Diocese system of schools.
With approximately 1200 students and 185 staff learning and working across 2 campuses, we are the largest school in our diocese and one of the largest Catholic Schools in the state.
The Junior Campus caters for our year 7-10 students, and the Senior Campus caters for our senior students in years 11 and 12.

This role will effectively lead a year 7-12 curriculum, assessment, and reporting, whilst integrating diverse learning initiatives with the aim of improving the quality of teaching and learning for all students.
While the College transitions to one campus, the Leader of Learning will assist the Assistant Principal –Learning in implementing 7-12 teaching responsibilities for all teachers under a new five-day timetable, ensuring cross-campus teaching is implemented safely and effectively supporting student learning.Experience / CriteriaAbility to articulate a clear understanding of and a personal commitment to Catholic education and the mission of the Church through Catholic schools.Demonstrated success in ensuring a culture of continuous improvement through evidence and data, creating, and leading effective professional learning and building the capacity of teachers as leaders in learning.Demonstrated management and administrative skills to ensure assessment and teaching and learning programs operate effectively and efficiently.Demonstrated capacity to effectively utilise data and evidence-informed research to optimise organisational and educational outcomes, to think and act strategically, and to support the Leadership Team in leading the mission of the school.Demonstrated evidence of effective teamwork, communication,and collaboration as a leader within a school community.A demonstrated understanding of diverse learning needs and evidence of impact in leading to positive learning outcomes.High-level communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to develop and sustain constructive and respectful relationships within and beyond the school community.The ability to appraise, provide feedback and direction in the management of staffing matters and resolve with positive outcomes.Ability to analyse, interpret and understand relevant data and information to inform future improvement plans and student learning.QualificationsQualifications as a four-year trained Teacher / Master of Education qualification (or approved as three-year trained due to significant prior experience as a Teacher within the system.Active NESA Accreditation.Current paid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) number.Completion of anaphylaxis training.Post-graduate studies in Curriculum or Pedagogy (Desirable).CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENTSalary is in accordance with New South Wales & Australian Capital Territory Catholic Systemic Schools Enterprise Agreement 2023.
