About the CompanyDavidson Technology are working with a Queensland Government Department. We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Analyst for a short term 3 month contract.
This role will have an ASAP start, be based in Brisbane CBD and will allow for hybrid work arrangements.
- About the Role
In this role you will be working within the Financial Management team, supporting the Financial Management Center web site.
Key responsibilities include :
- Assist users to reset passwords or on new account requests
- Conduct maintenance of the FMC web site using WordPress
- Co-ordinate with related business areas on updating information on the FMC web site.
- Update Tridata system user training Materials when required
- Update internal work process documents when required
- Conduct on-line training sessions for system users periodically
- Conduct periodic system administration tasks
- Liaise with IT developers to resolve system issues and system improvement topics
- Co-ordinate with related business areas on updating information on the FMC web site.
- Conduct system testing as required
- Develop online training materials using Adobe Captivate
- Provide support or use Oracle Essbase SmartView to retrieve data from the system
- Other duties as directed by FMC support team manager / senior team members.
- About You
To be successful, you will demonstrate :
- Have good documentation skills
- Have good communication skills
- Have good client and stakeholder management skills
- Be interest in system process and dealing with system issues
- Be a good team player and can work independently
- Have some knowledge of accounting or system accounting or financial reporting, but they are not mandatory
- Have prior working experience in a help desk environment
- Be open to work with new challenges
