Contribute to VICSES operational readiness through delivery of training & assessment programs, support and coaching of Volunteer Unit Trainers.
37.61 per hour + 25% Casual Loading + 11.5% Super Casual – 2 positions available Location : Moe or Bairnsdale ROLE SUMMARY : This role is responsible for delivering competency-based training and assessment programs across the Region and providing advice, coaching, supervision, and monitoring of Volunteer Unit Trainers in the delivery of training.
The position enhances Operational Readiness by supporting the Unit Support Teams in the development of plans to reduce training gaps in Units and Regional Operational Capability Standards.
The Trainer maintains volunteer training and assessment records to meet VICSES Registered Training Organisation (RTO) compliance and VICSES Health and Safety standards.
