Purpose
As the Venue Manager, your role entails the meticulous crafting of an environment where every detail is thoughtfully considered, ensuring seamless operations, impeccable Food and Beverage management, and the highest level of client satisfaction. Central to your responsibilities is the task of building and nurturing client relationships, which are integral to driving repeat business.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversee all operational aspects of the Food & Beverage venue and develop innovative and insightful strategies for optimising guest experience and revenue growth opportunitiesLeverage your extensive expertise to guide and mentor your team, ensuring they consistently craft memorable momentsCollaborate closely with the Head / Executive Chef in creating menus, wine lists, and beverage offeringsManage all administrative and planning aspects of the department, including but not limited to scheduling, reporting, package and promotion development, recruitment, personnel management, inventory management, and orderingSkills and Experience
Prior experience within leadership and a strong Food & Beverage backgroundRobust leadership skills to engage, inspire, and cultivate your team, fostering a positive workplace atmosphereProven track record in managing budgets, overseeing inventory, and creating staff schedulesEffective communicator with adept skills in stakeholder management, both internally and externallyFlexibility to accommodate a varied work schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidaysExceptional organisational skills with a knack for prioritisation and a keen sense of urgencyDemonstrated ability to maintain composure and effectiveness when faced with high-pressure situationsPossession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / TerritoryAccor Benefits
