Clinical Manager – Aged Care | Brisbane Inner North Permanent Full-Time | Inspire Quality, Lead with CareWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Manager to join a highly regarded aged care provider, leading the clinical team in a well-established facility located in Brisbane's inner northern suburbs.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents while working with a collaborative and forward-thinking leadership team.As the Clinical Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

Reporting directly to the Residential Manager, you will be responsible for the clinical leadership of the facility, guiding a team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and care staff to uphold the highest standards of care, compliance, and resident wellbeing.This is an excellent opportunity for a senior clinician or current Clinical Manager seeking a long-term, stable role within an organisation that genuinely values its people.

You'll be supported by a strong executive team, receive ongoing professional development, and be empowered to lead clinical innovation and best practices.Key Responsibilities for this role include : Lead the clinical care team to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.

Manage clinical documentation, assessments, care plans, and audits.

Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance management of clinical staff.

Collaborate with the Residential Manager to support the overall operational and strategic goals of the facility.

Liaise with allied health professionals, families, and external stakeholders to deliver coordinated care.

Support accreditation and continuous improvement initiatives.

A successful candidate must demonstrate as below : Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.

Proven experience in a Clinical Manager, Care Manager, or similar senior nursing role in aged care.

Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.

In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation, standards, and compliance frameworks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to care.

Ability to lead during change, problem-solve effectively, and remain calm under pressure.
