This is a dynamic, generalist role that plays a key part in supporting our people, strengthening our workforce capability, and ensuring our HR practices are aligned with our purpose : to support children, young people and families to thrive.As a trusted advisor to leaders across the organisation, you will deliver high-quality support across the full employee lifecycle – from workforce planning and recruitment through to employee relations, change management, and HR systems.You will also champion our organisational values of being Bold and Courageous, Caring and Respectful, Curious and Humble, Hopeful, and Truthful and Accountable, ensuring they are embedded in all aspects of our people practices.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end generalist HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and exit processes.Partner with leaders to deliver people-focused advice and solutions that support team performance, engagement, and development.Contribute to organisational workforce planning, identifying future talent and capability needs.Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters using respectful, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed approaches.Oversee compliance with employment legislation, modern awards, and internal policy, including maintaining accurate records and managing HRIS data (Employment Hero).Lead or contribute to key P&C projects that drive continuous improvement, innovation, and cultural alignment.Support the implementation of change management processes that enable positive transformation and build resilience across the workforce.About YouYou are a values-driven HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment.
