Duties :

An incredibly well-supported role, you will be backed by a Virtual Assistant and Leasing Executive allowing you to focus on :

Day-to-day management of circa 150 propertiesCoordinating repairs and maintenance mattersUndertaking periodic inspections and drafting reportsMinimising rental arrears and maximising returns to landlordsLiaising with all stakeholdersPreparing for and attending NCAT when requiredAnswering queries and providing outstanding service to clients with attention to detailSpecific requirements : Experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Property Officer and confident in managing your own portfolio independentlyHold a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate LicenceHave a car & driver's licenceKnowledge of the Hornsby / Upper North Shore areaA second language would be an advantageWork for the area's leading Real Estate brandSupport from an Assistant (Admin) and Leasing ExecutiveMonday to Friday role / No weekendsMulti-office business with market-leading tech to support youOn-going training, Awards evenings & ConferencesApply now or feel free to contact us for a confidential conversation
