About The Role…
This position is responsible for the provision of maintenance administrative duties related to the support of SG Fleet's supplier and customer requirements. In doing so, this role assists with the creation and processing of supplier purchase orders, distribution of outbound customer notifications and manages inbound tasks generated from internal and external stakeholders
Tasks And Responsibilities…
Inspect and authorise payment of service orders raised. Actively review the service orders provided to ensure customer requirements are being met and advise of potential process improvements.Role model excellent customer service and drive a customer first culture by managing any issues effectively through to Resolution and in a timely manner.Provide administration support with the management of Maintenance Team related tasks such as mid lease changes, due for service and bulk approvals.Perform purchase order reconciliation, in conjunction with Finance, to ensure cost control and invoicing accuracy.Ownership of portfolio of assigned task involving varied administration, supplier and customer support functions
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…
Good communication skills both written and verbal, ability to communicate at all levelsCompetent level of proficiency in software packages, ability to learn new systems confidentlyStrong organisational and prioritisation skills - meets specified deadlines and reports regularly on progressCritically analyses information and resolves problems through to complete resolution in a timely and effective manner. Can resolve problems through to complete resolution for the CustomerConsistently driven to take responsibility for high quality work, show innovative and forward thinking
