PERSOLKELLY has partnered with its global client, a leading steel supplier and manufacturer for the building and construction industries, to find a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join its team based in Tweed Heads, NSW. It is to provide an effective interface between the client and its customers.

The CSR is required to understand the customers' requirements and the company's capability of meeting these. The CSR manages the customer's expectations of client service and ensures that these expectations are met and exceeded wherever possible. An important key to success in the role is a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction

5 days in the office - flexible hoursLocation - Tweed Heads, New South WalesOngoing full-time contractThe successful candidate will :

Interact with our customers over the phone, email, and in person at the trade counter, managing quotes, projects, orders, design, and queriesFollow-up on quotations and inquiries, converting these into sales opportunitiesCollaborate with internal stakeholders, including warehouse, transport, procurement, and sales departments, to ensure customer expectations and requirements are metNurture and grow relationships with customers to uncover new business and sales opportunitiesResolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer's experienceSomeone with attention to detail, a customer and team-oriented mindset, and reliable.At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experienceExcellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask, organize, and prioritize workIf you think you have the right skills for this role, then please apply or email at
