The first Koko Black opened in December 2003 and as luck would have it, our delight in sharing the immense pleasure and happiness of chocolate has turned into an Australian business employing 300 people across Australia.

If you love chocolate, you have come to the right place because we have an excellent and rewarding opportunity. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join the team as a Supervisor.

This role will involve delivering a memorable and delightful experience to all our customers as well as providing additional support for the store management team.

Your role

In addition to providing customers a great experience in retail and lounge and keeping the store immaculately presented, you will :

• Open and close the store when required
• Contribute to effective shift planning
• Motivate, inspire and energise the team
• Role model high standards of behaviour, aligned with our policy and values
• Assist in training new team members
