Our client is one of Australia’s leading providers of construction materials and solutions, servicing infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects nationwide. With a proud history of quality and innovation, their Perth team is a growing business unit within a well-established national company, delivering essential road surfacing services across Western Australia.

Due to continued growth, they’re seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of spray seal and asphalt projects, working across the Perth metro area with occasional travel to regional sites. This is a hands-on role offering autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to advance your career in a business that is growing locally and backed nationally.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, manage, and deliver spray seal and asphalt projects from start to finish
• Coordinate resources, subcontractors, and materials across multiple sites
• Build strong relationships with clients, councils, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and site safety to ensure optimal project outcomes
• Report on project progress and drive continuous improvement
• Promote and uphold company safety and environmental standards
