Due to increase in project requirements, our client is seeking a
Production Plannerto work within the supply chain Team & be responsible for daily production planning activities & ensuring a weekly manufacturing schedule is developed & adhered to.About the OpportunityKey responsibilities include the following :
Review, adjust & highlight issues with maintaining the planned orders according to the monthly S&OP process.Manage the release & tracking of process orders against plan with supporting departments for timely completion.Prioritise & communicate required QA / QC release dates to avoid stoppages to production schedules, shipping plans & supply plans.Coordinate the completion of SAP transactions in relation to fill finish activities & input data to S&OP processes.Liaise with production staff & senior leaders around production planning & give direction as to what they will be producing for the week.About YouTertiary Qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field.Previous production planning experience highly desirable.Industry experience in manufacturing & supply chain highly desirable.Sound SAP & MS Office skills - ie Excel, Word etc.Excellent planning & organisation skills.Strong analytical skills in supply chain environment.Good communication and teamwork skills.Culture & BenefitsThis is an excellent contract opportunity for a Production Plannerto join a largemultinationalpharmaceutical organisationto be involved in production planning activities.This is a contract role requiring immediate start ASAP.
