Role Description This full-time, on-site role for a Property Officer is based in Toongabbie, NSW. As a Property Officer, your responsibilities will include managing properties, lease administration, and facility management. Daily tasks involve communicating with tenants, leasing properties, conducting inspections, handling customer inquiries, maintaining property records, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. You will also coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are in optimal condition.
