- Manager, Human Resources
- to lead our Human Resources business partnering function, Talent Acquisition and HR Connect teams to deliver best practice people solutions in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

Reporting to the General Manager, People and working closely with the broader People and Culture leadership team, you will be responsible for :
Providing high level, timely and professional advice to the Executive and Managers in relation to all HR matters, including people and cultural strategy, current employment legislation and awards, employee relations, HR planning, retention and performance managementWork to ensure Bethanie is able to attract, retain, develop and manage a highly engaged and committed workforceEnsure our talent acquisition strategy delivers on Bethanie's needs and promotes an employer of choice statusMaintaining a strong and up-to-date HR policy and procedure frameworkIdentify and action opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and processesAbout youYou are a proven leader with broad experience across human resources and organisational capability.
