Our People, Culture and Brand team provides critical Human Resources services to our business and employees. We are seeking an experienced

  • Manager, Human Resources
  • to lead our Human Resources business partnering function, Talent Acquisition and HR Connect teams to deliver best practice people solutions in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Flexible working opportunities are available for this position including the opportunity to work both in the office and from home / remotely
  • Full-time opportunity based at our modern head office setting conveniently located close to the city

Reporting to the General Manager, People and working closely with the broader People and Culture leadership team, you will be responsible for :

  • Providing high level, timely and professional advice to the Executive and Managers in relation to all HR matters, including people and cultural strategy, current employment legislation and awards, employee relations, HR planning, retention and performance management
  • Work to ensure Bethanie is able to attract, retain, develop and manage a highly engaged and committed workforce
  • Ensure our talent acquisition strategy delivers on Bethanie's needs and promotes an employer of choice status
  • Maintaining a strong and up-to-date HR policy and procedure framework
  • Identify and action opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and processes
  • About you
  • You are a proven leader with broad experience across human resources and organisational capability. You bring a strategic, forward-thinking approach and can successfully negotiate, consult, influence and engage stakeholders. You can also demonstrate :

  • Sound interpersonal skills with proven ability to work collaboratively with others and lead teams
  • Ability to understand awards, agreements and legislation impacting on contracts and rosters
  • An effective and creative approach to problem solving
  • Effective at building rapport with key stakeholders to develop collaborative business relationships
  • Highly self-motivated and service delivery focused
  • Undergraduate qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
