Supervisor - Multiple Roles Available

We are looking for multiple experienced Supervisors to join our team for large-scale construction projects delivering critical infrastructure across Australia.

What is the role? This role involves managing the daily operations of crews and overseeing large-scale vegetation clearance programs for our clients. These projects involve industrial machinery, requiring a strong commitment to safety, delivery, and environmental and quality standards. You will be supported by a professional and experienced team.

Responsibilities include : Demonstrating strong supervisory skills through effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Ensuring compliance with safe work practices, policies, and procedures.Conducting workplace inspections.Supporting the Operations Manager in planning and monitoring work programs.Facilitating communication, procedures, and records to meet contract and quality requirements.Utilising fleet resources effectively.Supporting team delivery and productivity.Liaising with other departments to meet business objectives.Ensuring environmental and quality standards are maintained.Your success will be driven by your energy and proactive approach. Experience in project environments is advantageous but not essential.
