Workshop Factory Hand With Forklift Licence

Reliable, fit and dependable workshop labourers with a forklift licence required. Duties :

• Ensuring Machine Operator Stations are constantly supplied with raw metal material.
• Manual handling of steel material, by hand and forklift
• Assisting Machine Operators with loading material
• Your Duties
• Material Handler, physical lifting of metal materials
• Occasional forklift usage
• Unloading Containers
• Ad hoc Duties, assisting workshop staff where needed, general house keeping

We offer an environment in a modern workshop and on-the-job training. They provide metal fabrication services for the Mining, Defence, manufacturing and many others.

• Environment & Remuneration
• Modern workshop based in Darra
• Large, fast paced production environment focused on safety and quality
• S29.65 p / h plus penalties where applicable
• Day shift position - 6am to 2pm, Monday to Friday
• Fulltime hours. Must be willing to commit to overtime when required
• About you
• Physically fit, able to handle constant lifting and moving material upwards of 20kgs
• You will be extremely reliable, safety orientated, possess a strong work ethic and have a great attitude. In return, you will be rewarded with a real career development & training
• Australian Forklift Licence Required
• Please note that this role is unable to accommodate overseas applicants with no sponsorship programs available. _
• If on a student Visa this role is 5 days a week and cannot accommodate for any split days. Finish times may vary._
