Assistant Financial Accountant

Role Requirements

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented finance professional with :

• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong financial reporting and month-end processing skills
• A proactive approach to process improvement and analysis
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with large ERP systems
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative finance team
• Currently studying CPA or CA (this is essential)

Job Description

• Support the month-end close, including journal preparation, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with management reporting and variance analysis
• Provide financial insights to support business decision-making
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across the business
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and system upgrades
