About the role

Join the welcoming team at Centre Bakery as a Cafe All Rounder. This casual role in our vibrant cafe located in Sale, VIC, offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly environment. As a Cafe All Rounder, you will have the chance to develop a diverse skill set and contribute to the overall success of our busy establishment.

What you'll be doing Providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all our guests

Assisting with food preparation, such as making sandwiches, salads, and other cafe items

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including cleaning tables, restocking supplies, and following health and safety protocols

Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and smooth operations during peak periods

Demonstrating a passion for the hospitality industry and a willingness to learn and grow

What we're looking for Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional service to our customers

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

A positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
