    • About the Role
    • As the Business Support Officer, you will be the executive backbone of seamless coordination and support for our CEO, Executive team and the Board of Directors. Your organisational prowess, can-do attitude and tech-savvy flare will support the executive officer run like clockwork, with limited direction. With a vibrant, supportive and genuine leadership team, your role will be varied including, but not be limited to :

    • CEO's diary management
    • Coordination travel & events, including Executive and Board Meetings
    • Undertake relevant research and analysis, gathering timely information from key stakeholders and collating information to prepare strategic and operational documentation
    • Preparation and creative design of key documents such as Annual Board Reports, Board Papers, Official Corporate Correspondence, Media Releases, Workforce Communications and much more
    • Essential
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in providing proactive business support at a senior executive level
    • Familiarity with assessment methodologies and the ability to swiftly identify and address emergent issues
    • Highly developed communication, negotiation, consultation skills, with the ability to deal with and clearly communicate complex, sensitive and confidential information
    • Ability to use initiative, discretion and exercise judgement in an environment with competing priorities and strict deadlines, confidential, sensitive and complex matters
    • Experience in undertaking research, planning and preparing high quality written reports and briefing papers with attention to detail.
    • Advanced knowledge of computer software programs from word processing, spreadsheets, databases and other programmes such as presentation software and video conferencing.
    • A relevant tertiary qualification and / or relevant experience.
    • Current unrestricted Driver's Licence
    • Desirable
    • Knowledge of Corporate Governance structures framework
    • Ability to undertake travel, including overnight stays
