About the RolesAs part of the leadership team at Sportsgirl West Lakes, you'll play a key role in creating a vibrant, engaging, and customer-first environment. From driving sales and mentoring your team, to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, no two days are the same.

You'll work collaboratively to :

Lead, coach and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.Create a positive, inclusive and performance-driven store culture.Drive visual merchandising execution that aligns with the Sportsgirl brand.Oversee stock flow, markdowns and inventory processes.Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members.Ensure compliance with operational procedures including payroll, rosters, banking and store administration.Be a key problem-solver, handling customer feedback and fostering long-term customer relationships.What's it like to work at Sportsgirl?
