We are always on the hunt for talented Retail Sales Assistants, passionate about our brand and values, to join our retail team on a casual basis and are looking forward to bringing on board some new team to support our continued growth. Successful applicants will be passionate and enthusiastic about our product, values and delivering exceptional service to each and every one of our beautiful customers.

  • Your responsibilities will include
  • Delivering exceptional service to each and every one of our customers
  • Outfitting, upselling and on-selling our beautiful, timeless product range regularly discussing features, benefits and sustainability
  • Effectively processing transactions (from purchases, through to gift vouchers and returns)
  • Maintaining a pristine in store environment including cleaning, organising, restocking, pricing and visual merchandising
  • Living and breathing ELK as a true brand ambassador
  • You will come well equipped with
  • Experience working in a retail store environment (experience working with women's apparel highly regarded)
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • A natural flair for making genuine connections with others
  • Ability to excel working in a team environment
