Sheet Metal Fabricator

Elite Stainless Steel is seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Fabrication specialist to join our team in Minto, NSW. This full-time role will involve the fabrication of high-quality stainless steel products and components to meet the needs of our diverse client base.

• What you'll be doing
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to fabricate custom metal products
• Operating various welding equipment, including MIG, TIG and stick welders, to join metal components
• Cutting, bending, and shaping metal components using hand and power tools
• Finalising products by grinding, sanding, and polishing metal surfaces
• Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
• Collaborating with the design and engineering teams to optimise fabrication processes
• Ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards and on schedule
• What we're looking for
• Proven experience in metal fabrication, welding, and manufacturing, preferably within the stainless steel or similar industry
• Strong technical skills, including the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in operating a variety of welding equipment, hand and power tools
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team
• A valid Australian driver's licence

Pay : $53,957.54 - $65,999.62 per year

Schedule :

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Supplementary Pay :

• Overtime pay
