Loan Management Officer

Job descriptionManaging a portfolio of loans to ensure timely repayments and reduce risk Analysing loan data to identify process improvements and opportunities Delivering high-quality customer service, resolving queries and issues quickly Liaising with internal departments to streamline loan operations Ensuring accurate and compliant recordkeeping and reporting Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline Minimum of 2 years’ experience in loan management or similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and client service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant loan management platforms
