As a Workplace Concierge at Cushman & Wakefield's Head Office, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional front-of-house experiences that align with a genuine hospitality experience. Your role includes ensuring the highest level of customer experience and supporting the team with various tasks such as :

• Welcome and arrival experience.
• Guest registration records.
• Managed meeting room bookings.
• Event management support.
• Management of shared inboxes.
• Answering phone calls and handling general enquiries and directions.
• Coordinating inventory, invoicing, and ad hoc duties.
• Catering and other event requirements.
• Meeting room turnovers and refreshes.
• About you
• Strong hospitality / customer service background.
• Previous experience in a front-of-house environment at another large organisation.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Demonstrate a common-sense approach to problem-solving.
• Experience supervising a team with direct reports.
• Minimum completion of Higher School Certificate.
• Minimum Certificate III in Hospitality preferred.
• Attention to detail, planning and organisation, time management, financial acumen, effective communication, decision-making, business writing, risk and compliance management, and systems and data management.
