are currently looking for an experienced ICT Administrator for a large national infrastructure company. We are looking for an ICT administrative to join the wider ICT team based in Melbourne. Reporting to the Platform, Communications and Infrastructure Manager, this role is responsible for performing administrative tasks in ICT department.
Day to day duties include
Working closely with the ICT administration team to complete administrative tasks.
Obtaining quotations and raising purchase.
Enforcing good record keeping and financial control across the ICT team
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
Implementing our new supplier processes in collaboration with our Accounts Payable team.
Assisting with ICT budget data entry
To succeed in this role, you will have
Strong MS office skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills both verbal and written
Demonstrated experience working with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of an organisation
Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible / innovative approach to solve problems
