As part of the senior operations leadership team, you'll lead multidisciplinary teams and interface with key customers, stakeholders, and project partners.This role is based in Melbourne, supporting projects across multiple states and territories.Experience working with an OEM and in the wind energy sector is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage early with Sales to scope and support project bids and feasibilityLead the planning and execution of wind farm construction projects across AustraliaManage customer relationships as the senior point of contact throughout the project lifecycleOversee project execution to ensure on-time, on-budget, and in-scope deliveryDevelop and implement best-practice project and construction management tools and controlsIdentify, assess, and manage risks, applying mitigation strategies as requiredMonitor performance through KPIs, cost tracking, progress reporting, and variance analysisLead site teams and manage all construction resources across the portfolioEnsure compliance with OH&S, environmental, and corporate standardsGuide transition from construction to service operations with internal handover processesWhat You'll Need to SucceedExperience as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager on Wind Farm projects in AustraliaProven track record delivering onshore or offshore wind farm projectsPrior experience with an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) is mandatoryStrong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsDeep understanding of project lifecycles and construction methodologies in the energy sectorExcellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilitiesWillingness to travel to project sites across Australia as requiredWhat's on OfferLead landmark renewable energy projects across the countryJoin a global organization at the forefront of clean energyCompetitive salary package + bonusPermanent full-time opportunity with long-term career developmentONLY candidates with the right to work in Australia will be considered.
