In this role you'll be delivering compassionate care to older clients across both centre-based and community settings. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support client independence and wellbeing.

Essential Criteria : Registration : AHPRASelection Criteria : Must have registration with AHPRA and be medication endorsed.Experience working with aged people who live with chronic health conditions.Demonstrated time management skills.A demonstrated ability to maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and communicate professionally with colleagues.Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.Understanding of WH&S principles and their application in the workplace.Currently hold a NSW drivers licence and a willingness to use for work purposes.Requisition ID : REQ582942
