Our client is a well-respected and long-standing Tier 2 national construction company, who have over 50 years of industry experience delivering high-quality projects across a diverse range of sectors. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are now seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their expert team.

Role Overview :

The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery. You will manage subcontractors, resources, and safety standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Overseeing day-to-day site operations and managing all on-site activities

Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth work flow

Monitoring project time lines, budgets, and safety compliance

Ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the construction process

Conducting site inductions and toolboxes, and maintaining WHS compliance

Communicating regularly with the Project Manager and stakeholders on progress and issues

Identifying and resolving any on-site issues promptly and efficiently

Maintaining accurate site records, reports, and documentation

Experience / Qualifications Required :

• Current First Aid Certificate required
• QBCC Site Supervisor License - required
• An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
• Proven experience in a site supervisor role in commercial construction
• Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
• A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
• Strong tenure is a must
• Experience In education, defence, retail, mulitres and industrial all highly regarded
