Market Development Agronomist

The Lucas Group is seeking a technically skilled agronomist to lead national market development activities. This role focuses on connecting R&D with commercial outcomes through field trials, technical training, and stakeholder engagement.

Our client is a leading Australian-owned agricultural company with a strong focus on R&D, innovation, and local manufacturing. With a long-standing presence in crop science, they develop, and supply crop protection products tailored to Australian conditions.

About the Role

This senior position works closely with the National Sales Manager and Business Development Manager to align trial activities with commercial priorities. You'll be the technical face of the company at grower days, consultant briefings, and industry events — supported by a strong internal team and robust product pipeline.
