To develop technical instruction manuals, drawings, and documentation for roof racks and accessories. As the Technical Copywriter, you will produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products.

Producing instructions for manuals, product specs, advertisements and more

To develop technical instruction manuals, drawings and documentation for roof racks and accessories in accordance with Rhino Rack engineering processes

Develop and maintain detailed database for reference materials, including research, usability tests and design specifications

Translate complex information into simple and polished content

Collaboration with Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Operations departments

Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to with an emphasis on internal controls and safe work place

Participate in continuous improvement projects

Adherence to Engineering standards and processes

Compliance with company policy and procedure

Timely reporting on project status

• Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or Communications

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work autonomously or part of a team

Experience in Solidworks, MS Project, Adobe CS

Excellent mechanical aptitude and hands on approach to work
