Our client is one of Australia's most established and progressive private family run bus and coach groups servicing the Victorian public transport and schools' marketplace. In this casual role, you will provide high quality mentoring to a fourth generation (4G) family staff member with a view to assisting in future company leadership and the overall personal and business development of the mentee. Your expertise in IT management, would be an advantage.
Reporting to the Group HR Manager and the Family Directors, you will have strong experience as a business leader and as a mentor to employees, preferably from a large Australian family run business. Experience in leading and mentoring staff in the passenger and / or freight transport industry would be an advantage.
High level communication and relationship management skills are essential along with a passion for sharing business experience and worldly knowledge with future business leaders.
