Gateway Synergy is looking for an Application Administrator on behalf of our client. Our client is a rapidly growing company in the Defence industry, with an urgent need for exceptional professionals. They are located all over the East Coast and are interested in highly qualified individuals interested in growing with them.

  • The Role & Requirements

    • Support the 24 / 7 operational management of an array of mission-critical tools (SOC, NOC, CMDB, ITSM, MDM, Identity, VDI, PaaS, SaaS), supporting the backbone of classified cloud regions. Work in highly classified environments of national significance, engaging with the next generation of government technology. Focus on reliability, situational awareness, and data management, anticipating challenges and driving proactive solutions. Uncover the root cause of complex problems, enabling the operations team to safeguard and support customers.
