Assist the eCommerce Manager to deliver the digital strategy and provide a superior eCommerce experience. Assist in coaching and development of eCommerce co-ordinator.
Your key responsibilities will includeInventory & Product Management
Working with the e-Commerce Manager and Merchandise teams to maximize stock to optimize sale and profit opportunitiesUnderstand the products and categories that drive sales for the business and identify opportunities to drive improvements and achieve business KPIs including sales, profit and sell throughSupport the Coordinator in ensuring product enrichment & upload is managed efficiently and in a timely mannerSupport in reviewing merchandising presentation on site to leverage sales opportunitiesMarketing & Content Management
Assist in building and maintaining creative briefs for marketing calendar across all digital channels and websiteWork with marketing team to help build out content across channelsDevelop and implement relevant content and product landing pages to support marketing campaigns as requiredSite UX and Website Maintenance
Assist Ecommerce Manger with future development pipeline, collaborating on ideas to improve UX and reduce friction points to improve conversion rateSupport in UAT and Development testingCollaborate with Ecommerce Manger in reviewing and optimizing tech stack e.g. Reviews, Sizing Tools, Search ToolsCollaborate with Ecommerce Manager, and CRM Manager to build EDM campaign plan including A / B testing strategiesCreate, build and schedule EDMs as per marketing calendarSales & Analysis Reporting
Contribute to the Daily, Weekly and Monthly ecommerce sales report (using MS Excel and Word) including relevant commentaryProduce ad-hoc reporting where necessaryMonitor & analyse relevant website metrics and take appropriate actionSupport eCommerce Team with Campaigns / Pricing & Promotions
