Job description Job Title : Warehouse Operative - Dispatch (Casual)Location : Archerfield, QLDPay Rate : $32.25 / hourShift : Mon-Fri 7 : 30am to 3 : 30pm Position Summary : This role is responsible for the accurate picking, packing, and processing of customer orders.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, ERP system experience, and a solid understanding of dispatch and freight procedures.

Key Responsibilities : Accurately pick and pack orders within specified time framesCreate consignments using online freight portalsProcess orders through ERP systems (Navision and Netsuite)Use Microsoft Outlook and Excel for order and stock communicationCommunicate internally regarding order completion, discrepancies, and issuesEnsure packaging standards are met for both domestic and international shipmentsMaintain high attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfactionEssential Requirements : Physically fit, motivated, and resilientStrong numerical, verbal, and written communication skills (to be tested during recruitment)Independent, reliable transport (no public transport or drop-offs)Proficient in ERP systems, particularly Navision and / or NetsuiteConfident using Microsoft Outlook and ExcelProven ability to meet dispatch deadlines and work efficiently in a warehouse environment
