Job descriptionAbout the role Support Worker - Moving Moments Program find satisfaction in your work as you : Support involvement in cross generational activities and excursions Facilitate group activities and build promote positive interaction Encourage participant goals, interests, and needs We have a part time, fixed term opportunity available until December 31 with potential to extend. This role is for 4 days per fortnight.
Work with a great team in an established program and brighten the days of our participants!

- brings together seniors in our community to enjoy a range of social, intergenerational, and recreational activities. Moving Moments also provides topical educational activities and assists seniors to access support services they may need to remain active and well.
