Area Manager

Arena Managers are responsible for all sales, merchandise, ordering, rostering, staff and operations in their arena. As the chief representative of the Flip Out Arena, they are required to be well-spoken and presentable at all times. Managers must be able to perform in all aspects of the business; marketing, sales, administration, management, safety checks and budgeting. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to lead effectively.

You should have :

• Previous experience managing a team for at least 6 months.
• Sales experience.
• A drive to build and develop the business to perform consistently.
• A proven sales background, using budgets, targets and KPIs.
• The ability to hire, train and lead a team effectively on an ongoing basis.
• The ability to take responsibility for all actions in the arena.
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Cash handling, EFTPOS and basic cash flow knowledge.
• A First Aid Certificate from a nationally recognised training provider.
• A current Working with Vulnerable Peoples Check, valid in your state.
• Ensure you are keeping our customer safe.
• The ability to handle customer complaints.
• The ability to clean at a high standard.
• Must be over the age of 18.

Pay : $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule :

• Afternoon shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Public holidays
• Rotating roster
• Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay :

• Performance bonus

• Australia (required)

Work Location : In person
