The purpose of the Field Services Technician is to provide build, repairs, service and warranty support for McLanahan projects. Domestic and international travel may be required. Key Accountabilities

• Comply with the requirements of the company Management System, adhering to all Safety, Environmental & Quality procedures and work instructions.
• Regularly visit customer sites to provide assistance in potential rebuild, replacement, maintenance and / or spare parts sales.
• Coach customers in correct and safe operations of McLanahan equipment.
• Provide assistance in the preparation of a scope of work to ensure that repairs are carried out in an efficient and profitable manner.
• Ensure that all new and reconditioned equipment is assembled to McLanahan Standards.
• Ensure a high level of in-house quality is achieved by maintaining best practices.
• Advise any warranty issues to your immediate manager.
• Formally notify Engineering of modifications to equipment as a result of service work.
• Accurate record keeping of all service work and maintenance of service records, including corporate internal documentation such as Audit / Inspection reports, timesheets, Job Safety Analysis etc. This includes entry into Epicor as required.
• Maintain high level of housekeeping within the workshop & company vehicles.

Qualifications / Education :

An impeccable safety record

Experience : Minimum (4) years' hands on experience, ideally with mining, mineral processing, or

other relevant industry sectors.
