About the OpportunityAs a Strata Community Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of Strata and Community Titled properties. This is a crucial role where you'll ensure all legislative requirements are met, while providing professional customer service, guidance, and support to our valued clients and suppliers.

This is a full-time position based in our Fullarton Road, Eastwood office. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm (with a 4 : 00 pm finish on Fridays). While the role involves an average of two evening meetings per week, we offer additional payment and six rostered days off annually as compensation for your time.

Your core responsibilities will include :

Serving as the designated contact point for a portfolio of properties.

Providing unit owners with expert advice on legislation.

Promptly answering client queries via phone and email.

Chairing and minuting meetings (held at properties, in the office, and via Zoom).

Developing and managing budgets.

Arranging and overseeing property maintenance.

Handling insurance claims.

Coordinating correspondence with clients and maintenance service providers.

Following up on maintenance jobs and quotations.

Assisting colleagues and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a candidate with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. While experience in body corporate management is a plus, we are committed to providing comprehensive training to the right individual.

Ideal attributes for this role include : Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines effectively, thriving under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook (training provided for specialized strata management software).

A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Clear, confident, and effective communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

A strong willingness to learn new skills and adapt.

Professional presentation and a friendly demeanor.
