• Requirements
• Minimum 6 months paid experience
• Working in Aged Care as an AIN / PCW.
• Own Transport (Car)
• Essential for travel between facilities.
• Certificate III or Cert IV in Aged Care
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills.
• Current Police Check
• Essential for working with vulnerable individuals.
• Full Working Rights in Australia
• Required for employment.
• Sound Knowledge of Manual Handling & COVID Safe Practices
• Commitment to safety.
• Up-to-date COVID and Flu Vaccination Records
• Prioritizing resident health.
• Passion for Providing Excellent Care
• Genuine dedication to resident well-being.
• NDISC
