  • About the Role
  • Aiding in the management of the businesses service proposition on commercial transactions for BOQ Finance, while building and maintaining strong working relationships with our introducer networks.

    You will complete on boarding of customers details within our core systems working to a very high level of accuracy. You will also hold a Cashflow Delegation for the review of Insurance Premium Finance loans ensuring they meet policy and delegated authority guidelines.

    Key Accountabilities :

    • Providing a timely turnaround of tasks within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) whilst maintaining appropriate credit and business standards
    • Manage service proposition on commercial transactions for BOQ Finance, while building and maintaining strong working relationships with our introducer networks.

    • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to forge strong working relationships with all stakeholders, along with strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and in a team, meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
