The Process Implementation and Change function within IWPB aims to achieve strategic goals through project delivery. The team, comprising Business Analysts, Testing, and Change Management, works on projects to improve efficiencies and sustainability. They collaborate with key stakeholders across divisions and with the Transformation and Technology teams.

The Change Manager will lead multiple business change initiatives within IWPB to realize benefits for customers, staff, and communities, aligning with broader business strategies. This role also involves supporting the continuous improvement of our Change Community practices.

Your main responsibilities will include :

Supporting change initiatives by advising Portfolio Leaders on scope, impact, resourcing, and scheduling; acting as a bridge between delivery teams, the business, and other projects to ensure seamless integration and optimal scheduling.Analyzing the environment; defining the scope and change across initiatives to ensure outcomes and benefits are clearly articulated and aligned with overall goals.Developing and managing change plans to deliver capabilities and realize benefits within scope, time, and budget; recommending and implementing human-centered change solutions.Ensuring the availability of change capabilities such as communication and learning by partnering with internal teams and establishing clear responsibilities.Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Change Community through participation in events, sharing feedback and knowledge, and supporting the development of ways of working.
