Queensland Rail is looking for a Workforce Planning Specialist to join our People Planning team on a temporary full-time basis until 30 / 06 / 2026 (with the possibility of extension). This is an exciting time to join our team and be part of delivering an Enterprise Workforce Planning initiative for the organisation, through data-driven practical solutions to workforce challenges such as skills shortages, technological change and major infrastructure projects.
You will join a small but ambitious team in a large, complex organisation where workforce planning maturity is still developing.
