Campbell Transport has proudly operated across Western Australia for over 20 years, delivering bulk haulage services across mining, agriculture, and general freight. With operations state-wide, we are fast becoming one of WA’s leading transport and logistics providers.

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our haulage contract at a nickel mine in the Goldfields region. This role will oversee a team of more than 100 personnel and a fleet of over 20 mobile assets, including on-road and off-road trucks.

The ideal candidate will bring proven operational leadership from within the mining industry, with a strong focus on safety, performance, and team culture. This position is responsible for managing drivers, mechanics, administrators, and supervisors while ensuring efficient, compliant, and safe haulage operations.

What We’re Looking For

Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role within mining or heavy transport

Strong operational and team management skills

Client-focused approach and strong communication abilities

Sound knowledge of the transport industry and regulatory compliance

Solid mechanical understanding, especially of prime movers

Ability to coordinate complex rosters and meet operational targets

Proven problem-solving capability and strategic thinking

Pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening is required. Daily zero-tolerance drug and alcohol compliance is a condition of ongoing employment.
