About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to maintain a high-quality patient support and operational services which supports the commitments to the principles of patient focused care and quality management.

About you

  • Coordinate and oversee the work practices of Patient Support Service staff to ensure all operational services are carried out safely, effectively and efficiently to meet relevant standards, workplace health and safety, risk management and current legislative obligations.
  • Comply with all directions that commensurate with the OO4 level as outlined in the Operational Services Manual.
  • Evaluating and reviewing to ensure accurate, effective and efficient rostering, supervision, performance and leave management within the award and recognise staffing establishment; undertake performance and development appraisals of allocated subordinate staff.
