The RoleReporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead within the Talent Acquisition team this role will see you being successful, supported, encouraged and above all, having fun. You will contribute to the overall talent success with SBS. Some duties will include and not be limited to :Engaging with senior leaders and key stakeholders to define, design and implement talent sourcing solutions for critical or high impact senior rolesSupporting the ongoing development of the SBS Employer Value Proposition and brandPerforming end-to-end recruitment supportDeveloping engaged talent communitiesDeveloping and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the competitive marketplace for talent acquisitionExecuting on specialised employment programs and strategiesAbout youYou enjoy creating strong and trusted stakeholder relationshipsYou are proactive and able to take initiative in developing bespoke sourcing approachesExperience working within either an agency or an internal recruitment function or perhaps you may have a mix of bothExposure to talent projects such as cadetships, work experience, EVP campaigns will be highly regardedAbove all, you enjoy working in this spaceFeel like you meet most, but perhaps not all the criteria listed?
