About the Role :
The Project Manager creates an important link between the estimating and project delivery activities of the Group.The role is responsible for project delivery activities, from inception, to completion of the defect's liability period.They must ensure a maximum amount of efficiency and throughput, whilst maintaining vigilance on safety, the construction program, productivity and budget.The Project Manager will work closely with site staff, senior management and the client to achieve these objectives, and is responsible for ensuring minimum risk and maximum profit on each project.It is a challenging but rewarding position.Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Always Comply with HSE / QA legislationStart the project from the design phase until council submissionEnsure all Company management systems are implemented, managed and maintained and all targets metProvide and maintain Project Cost Reports (we use JobPac as our ERP)Manage 'Aconex Field checklists', tasks and defectsManage 3DSS and HammerTech site safety induction documentation and proceduresImplement possible innovations that can reduce costs where possible; within contractual boundaries whilst maintaining their quality standard.Proactive approach to variation management in accordance with contract documentation and procedures.Review and approve all design principles, documentation and submissions prior site installation commencing.Status site progress, materials delivered to site and accurately document Progress Claim percentages prior to monthly submission.Core Competencies
