HSIE Teacher (Re-Advertised)

A temporary full time parental leave replacement position commencing 23 June 2025 until 19 December 2025. The successful applicant will be required to teach HSIE.  The role of Classroom Teacher exists to support growth in faith and improvement in learning so that students may reach their full potential.

ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA

• Demonstrate a deep understanding and commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic School within the broader Catholic Church.
• Create and maintain an orderly, safe and supportive learning environment based on the principles of PB4L.
• Apply knowledge of the diverse needs of students to support their full participation in learning.
• Ability to plan for and implement effective teaching and learning in HSIE.
• Use a range of assessment strategies and analyse data to inform student learning.
• Demonstrate commitment to engage professionally with colleagues, parents / carers and the wider school community.

WORKING WITH CHILDREN CLEARANCE

This role is classified as child related work and therefore a Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required prior to your employment with CEDoW.
