Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our IT Shared Services Platform team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will work within the IT Shared Services Platform and be accountable for operating within a project environment to understand, document and improve business processes.

About the opportunity :

Reporting to the Application Development Manager, the Business Analyst will be Complying with CSPD project guidelines, identify, analyse, interpret and document business functional and non-functional requirements.

Key accountabilities :

• Facilitating workshops and actively engage with end user stakeholders and vendors to ensure solutions meet requirements
• Performing gap analysis between existing processes and proposed solutions and assisting with remediation activities
• Documenting existing and inform new business and technology processes using applicable software and notation techniques
• Contributing to the development of project and test plans to validate future state including overall efficiency, functionality and user friendliness
• Assisting with documentation for project members as well as end user documentation such as standard operating procedures and training guides
• Other project activity as designated by project or service area leadership
