• The Opportunity

Working within the Macro Space and Format Innovation team, this role is responsible for delivering efficiencies across our tools, ensuring all processes and procedures are maintained and updated. In this role you will also be responsible for the training and ensuring any new capabilities are embedded into our ways of working. This role will be required to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g 360, IT, RSS).

Success in this role will require the ability to take data and translate it into a floor plan, following strict flows, adjacencies and standards, while ensuring the customers are always at the heart of what we do.

You will be part of an exciting journey as we deliver meaningful value and freshest fresh to all our customers, tailored by Value / Core / Up and for multicultural communities. Your core responsibilities include :

• Creation and governance of floor plans to ensure maximum return on space is achieved through the use of data
• Governance of floor planning processes through the upkeep and maintenance of library
• Delivery of team training on processes and reporting on capability
• Development of backlog items for our tools in Floor Planning, working in conjunction with Merchandising Solutions Product Manager, IT and Range and Space Support
• Completion of UAT testing across our tools in Floor Planning
• Supporting new stores' floor plan promotion through to launch
• Manage day-to-day relationships with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring a high level of collaboration is developed and maintained across the business
• Responsible for supporting stores through answering space queries by agreed SLA, maximising return of space Adheres to Agile principles and ceremonies as part of our ways of working

• At least 3 years relevant professional experience
• Ability to engage with a range of stakeholders to scope and develop potential solutions upfront
• Ability to learn new concepts and strategies quickly to achieve the best result
